In addition to the standard ultrasounds that you are offered during pregnancy, it is also possible to schedule so-called fun ultrasounds with our sonographer. These are not medically necessary and are therefore not reimbursed. Below is an overview of the fun ultrasounds we offer, what you can expect and what the rates are for these ultrasounds. 

Gender ultrasound

Would you like to know the gender of the baby? Then book an appointment for a gender ultrasound! The ultrasound takes a maximum of fifteen minutes and you will receive a photo + scratch card to take home. You can use the scratch card yourself if you don't want to know during the ultrasound or you can use it to let your loved ones know the gender in an original way. At an additional cost of €1 per card you can get multiple scratch cards.  A gender ultrasound is possible from 15 weeks of pregnancy. The cost for the ultrasound is €55. 

2D ultrasound

Would you like to take an extra look at your baby? Then book an extra 2D ultrasound. The sonographer will watch for a maximum of 15 minutes and you will receive a photo in a cardboard frame to show everyone. The cost for an extra 2D ultrasound is €50

3D/4D ultrasound

With a 3D / 4 D ultrasound you can really see your baby's face and guess who your baby will look like! With our advanced equipment, the images are very beautiful and it is also possible to make a video (4D) of your baby in the belly. Afterwards you will receive the photos and the video to take home on a USB stick. You will also receive a photo in a cardboard frame to display nicely in your home. A 3D / 4D ultrasound is best in the 28th week of pregnancy but can be scheduled between weeks 22 and 28 of pregnancy. Making this ultrasound takes a maximum of 30 minutes. The costs are €120.
