Welcome to the Midwifery Practice in Uithoorn!
We are a small practice with a number of permanent midwives. We are supported by locum midwives who are familiar with the practice, so we get to know each other well.
Together with our assistants and medical sonographers, we are a close-knit team that you can turn to during your pregnancy.
We are affiliated with the quality register and are BIG registered.
On our site you will find information about our practice, getting pregnant, pregnancy, the impending delivery and the maternity period. Enjoy reading and we are happy to serve you in our practice!
Heart consultation
You can contact us every Wednesday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. for the heart consultation hours.
This appointment is not instead of a regular check-up, but you can then have your child's heart listened to extra. This can be done between weeks 15 and 26 of pregnancy.
You do not need an appointment for heart consultation hours, but we do ask you to call in advance to see whether the heart consultation hours continue.
Blood decrease
In practice, you can contact us for almost all blood tests, such as the standard pregnant woman screening of the blood, but also the NIPT examination.
13 and 20 weeks of ultrasounds
We have a permanent ultrasound technician at the practice who performs the 13 and 20 weeks of ultrasound. We also have 2 acting ultrasound scouts who work extra days when it is busy. This allows us to help you in practice with almost all prenatal examinations.
